Why Stage Virtually?
The primary benefit of virtually staging your home is the cost savings over using real furnishings and decor. However, there are other reasons to virtually stage your vacant home.
The vast majority of potential home buyers begin their search online. So it is to the seller’s benefit to cast their home in its best light for the MLS. When buyers view a virtually staged home online, they can picture themselves living in that vacant home, so it increases the probability they will ask their agent to show them this home. Increased traffic to your home is always a plus.
Virtual staging can actually offer buyers the best of both worlds.
