Bosa Development is a creating an exhibition this summer that will give the public a chance to “look behind San Diego’s skyline.” The exhibition will illustrate how downtown San Diego has renewed itself over and over in its history since first being envisioned by Andrew Gray in 1849.
Prior to opening the doors to the exhibit, Bosa Development is interested in starting a dialog with the public on its latest addition to the downtown skyline. They are looking for help in naming a proposed project at the corner of Pacific Highway and Broadway. According to the Union-Tribune, the new condo project will be valued at more than $400,000,000 if sales projections hold up. Bosa expects the average unit to sell for about $1.7M and even the smallest units will sell for just over $1M.
World renowned architects Kohn Pedersen and Fox designed the 41 story skyscraper, which will house 232 luxury condos. First-class amenities will pamper residents. With panoramic views of the ocean, bay and city, these residences are sure to create immense interest from luxury buyers.
